Jewellery
Jewellery played a main part of ancient greek, as it was passed through generations and used for offerings to the god.
The jewellery of ancient Greece consisted of necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings. The jewellery normally drew plant and animal motifs, or the relationship between adornment and the goddess, such as Aphrodite and her son or powerful symbols like the lightning bolt, or the lion. They were passed through generations or dedicated at sanctuaries as an offering for the gods. They were also placed on the deceased.
